North x Northeast Trading Company was founded on a simple conviction: the best coffee in the world deserves to be treated as what it is — a precision agricultural product with a story, a terroir, and a community behind every harvest.
Tanzania is the heart of our sourcing operation — its high-altitude farms and rich volcanic soils produce some of the most complex and distinctive coffees on the continent. We source directly from smallholder farms and cooperative networks across Tanzania and select East African, Central American, and Southeast Asian origins. Every relationship is built on transparency, fair pricing, and a shared commitment to quality that outlasts any single season.
